Nan is responsible for overall operation, digital marketing, managing client and business relationships, helping direct NLM Realty vision.
She also developed NLMrealty.com and Manilaexpatcare.com websites and responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, monitor site metrics, respond to inquiries, and oversee creative design.
Nerissa L. Magcanta

Neri is responsible for overseeing transactions for sales and purchasing activities. Honest and transparent.
She works with individuals looking to buy, rent or sell a home and work with clients throughout the process and guide them through it while trying to find the best deal within their budget.
She gives feedback to property owners to make the home improvements and potentially sell or rent their property quicker.
Maria Flor Adapon
Leasing Agent
Flor perform various duties such as property inspections, move – in and move out process, rental collection payments, addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
She assist current renters by scheduling maintenance work orders and processing lease renewals.
Lovely Joy Bello
Real estate associate
Lovely focuses on the selling or leasing of properties in residential and commercial real estate industry. Her task as a Real estate associate is to show properties to prospective buyers or renters, negotiate contracts and execute sales agreements or leases.
Lovely is an effective negotiator when it comes to real estate. She understand and ensure what clients needs.
